First things first… let’s meet. Let’s get to know one and other before we do anything. Let’s talk about your organization or business and what you hope to achieve… where you want to go and how we can work together to develop a plan to get you there. After our initial meeting, we need time to think. We'll put together a written proposal telling you how we'll develop a design strategy that is right for you… and what the budget will be. We will of course, supply you with this document... it’s up to you at this point… but just so you know, we’re pretty easy going and can usually work within your budget. Don’t be shy. It’s important that we have an open relationship.

Collaborate
We believe in putting pencil to paper before anything goes into a computer.

We’ll get to know your business, product or service thoroughly. We’ll talk to your customers… we’ll find out what makes you different from your competitors. We will work with you to develop a communications piece that you will be happy with and will work for you.

Create
Finally, we will get to it and make your design project a reality. We'll keep you fully informed at every step. If it's a website we are designing, we will "wireframe" the whole site before we start coding. A wireframe is a text based website that gives us, and you, an idea of the logic behind the site. Every page is mapped saving us hours of development time and preventing those last minute changes that cost money.

On your approval of the wireframe, we'll develop a prototype of the site, giving all of us an idea of how it will look and feel. The next step is the actual coding of the site and construction of the database. Finally, we will work with you in developing a successful launch strategy.

Think you're through with us... not a chance. We like to keep in touch. It's important to us that you are satisfied with what we produce. We have found that having our clients involved in all aspects of the creative process makes this happen.
